Hi! đź‘‹

My name is Foad Lind. I am a Python developer with 10+ years experience in programming. I write this blog to help other developers become fluent in Git.

Just as a hammer is a fundamental tool in a blacksmith’s toolbox, so is Git in a developer’s toolbox.

A master blacksmith doesn’t spend hours trying to figure out how the hammer works every time he wants to form iron. Nor should you spend hours searching for Git commands and feeling insecure about accidentally losing your work! It should sit in your muscle-memory.

That’s why I write this blog. So that you master your tool of trade, Git, and spend your precious time doing the things you really enjoy: designing, writing code, and creating new things!

I don’t claim to be an expert in Git. I have had (and continue to have) my fair share of wrestling with it. Here, I share my experiences and the things I learn while using Git in real-life projects.

Join me on this journey towards Git mastery.
